Whether you’re a Jed-aye or naw, there’s something for you at Lockdown Drive-In Movies at The Falkirk Stadium on June 4, 5 and 6.
We’re back – bigger, bright, better and bolder than ever before as Catherine McEwan Foundation presents the return of Lockdown Drive-In Movies.
We are proud to bring you THREE amazing themed events packing in some of the hottest films of all time, from cult favourites to singalong family smashes – and a very special day taking you to a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.
On Friday June 4 we go Superhero crazy, kicking off at 6pm with Batman Begins, followed by Superman: Man Of Steel at 9pm.
Saturday Singalong has the BIGGEST musical magical movies for you, starting with The Greatest Showman at 12 noon, then Mamma Mia at 3pm, Grease at 6pm and Dirty Dancing at 9pm. And there’s an unmissable special late-night screening of Pink Floyd: The Wall at midnight.
And how could we wrap up such a stellar weekend without blasting off into the biggest and best movie franchise of all time.. with Star Wars Sunday.
It kicks off at noon with Rogue One, then A New Hope at 3pm, The Empire Strikes Back at 6pm and Return Of The Jedi at 9pm.
All the money raised goes to fund the Catherine McEwan Foundation’s work helping Scots sufferers of Crohn’s and Colitis, funding research, staff and support workers and so much more.
CMF founder Derek McEwan said: “We are delighted to return to the Falkirk Stadium with our Lockdown Drive-In Movie event.
“It’s completely safe, compliant with all guidelines and family-friendly. You’re safe and secure in your own car, so you’re in control.
“Every penny makes a difference right here in Scotland so please join us for what will be a wonderful weekend.”
