We promise to treat you with integrity and understanding
We want you to feel motivated to support us and we promise to be understanding of your wishes and requests.
We promise not to share your details with anyone else
We will never share details with a third party, except those working on our behalf. Your information is carefully stored and the information we hold on you is available to you if you ask for it in writing.
We promise to respect you and your choices
We’ll never put pressure on you to donate to us. If you don’t want to make a donation or wish to cancel a regular donation, we will respect your decision.
We promise to support you fully in all your fundraising endeavours
We’ll provide you with the information and support you need to take on a fundraising challenge. This could include a fundraising pack, sponsor forms, advice and our appreciation!
We promise to thank you appropriately
We’ll send you a letter, card or call when you donate to thank you. If you don’t want to receive an acknowledgement, we respect your wishes, so we want to take this chance to say thank you!
We promise to monitor our activity
We’ll ensure our fundraising is aligned with our values, charitable Codes of Practices and the Scottish Fundraising Adjudication Panel. We are registered with the Office of the Charity Regulator (OSCR). On occasion we may use agencies to support our marketing and fundraising and regularly monitor any activity undertaken on our behalf.
We promise to say sorry if we get it wrong
We hope we don’t ever get it wrong but if you feel we aren’t living up to any of our promises, then we will do everything we can to sort things out for you.
We promise to be there for you.
Our fundraising team is here to support you and are always happy to help! If you want to get in touch with our team, please call 0141 648 8800 or email [email protected].
Thank you for your support!
