Kilt Walk

Kilt Walk

This year’s series of Kiltwalk fundraising events will take place in Glasgow on 26 April, Aberdeen on 7 June, Dundee on 16 Aug and finally, Edinburgh on 13 September.

If you’re planning to participate, we would love you to consider the Catherine McEwan Foundation (CMF) as your chosen charity. By supporting the Foundation, you will be making a huge difference to those affected by Crohn’s & Colitis in Scotland.

Thanks to Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation, who underwrite The Kiltwalk, if you join the Catherine McEwan Foundation 2020 Kiltwalk team, we will receive an additional 50% fundraising boost, which will be funded by The Hunter Foundation. That means if you manage to raise £100 for CMF, it will be boosted to £150, which is just fantastic!

After the Kiltwalk 2019, over 1,300 Scottish shared the £7 million raised after and incredible 25,000 people took part.

This raised £5 million in sponsorship, with a further £2 million donated by Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation. (Source: www.thekiltwalk.co.uk/)

By taking part, all money you raise for the Catherine McEwan Foundation will stay in Scotland and help to change the lives of those suffering from Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

When signing up, you will receive the first ever Catherine McEwan Foundation Kiltwalk Kiltee in addition to your fundraising pack! And of course, our team will be there to support you all the way!

Not sure if you can do the full walk? Don’t worry, there is a distance to suit all and you can choose between The Wee Wander (6 miles), The Big Stroll (15 Miles) or The Mighty Stride (23 Miles).
